Coming to 3554-3560 Taraval Street, Galinette — as listed on the filing — will land near establishments such as Andytown Coffee Roasters, Bundoks Burgers, and Underdogs Too.
For readers who are unfamiliar with Blaringhem, the chef — alongside Julie Fulton — has become known for his work at Bouche, where he dishes out brunch and lunch plates ranging from French toast and omelets to ‘Steak À Cheval’ and ‘Moules Marinière’ — Mediterranean mussels cooked in white wine, shallots, garlic, parsley, and served alongside garlic bread.
He describes himself as a “French chef with 20 years experience,” adding, “I love to work with local farmers and create new dishes according to the season,” on his Take a Chef page.
Pertinent details such as the anticipated opening date and plans for the menu have not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
