“We’ve been looking for a year and a half,” owner Hayden Konstantinopoulos tells What Now San Francisco regarding the restaurant’s hunt for real estate — adding, “It was the right time, right place.”
The “strictly Greek” brick-and-mortar eatery will feature mostly indoor seating, with some outdoor seating and a patio. For now, Konstaninopoulous states, the restaurant will be a counter-serve establishment. However, eventually, he and his crew hope to transition to full table service.
Serving up classics such as lamb riblets, souvlaki, grilled octopus, and baklava, readers can rest assured that they will find an authentic culinary experience from one of the most revered cuisines in the world.

Thavma’s debut brick-and-mortar will open “by August.”
