According to a recent permit application with Alcoholic Beverage Control, a new restaurant is coming to Santa Rosa. The name listed is Augie’s and it will debut at 535 4th Street, neighboring establishments like Fourth Street Deli, La Rosa Tequileria & Grille, and Sunny’s Boba & More.
Mark and Terri Stark, James Beard Outstanding Restaurateur semifinalists and the owners of Stark Reality Restaurants, appear to be behind the business. In addition to the upcoming concept, the restaurant group owns and operates seven of Sonoma County’s “favorite, and most highly rated, restaurants,” including Monti’s Rotisserie, Bird & The Bottle, Stark’s Steak & Seafood, Grossman’s Noshery & Bar, Willi’s Wine Bar, Willi’s Seafood, and Bravas Bar de Tapas.
