According to public records, a new eatery, Queen Eggroll Express, is coming to San Jose.
Taking over Suite A at 1492 Almaden Road — a space that formerly housed TD’s Kitchen and The Sicilian Pizza & Drink — the restaurant will land near establishments such as El Rancho, Pizza Hut, and Tortas GDL y Más.
What Now San Francisco contacted the owner of Queen Eggroll Express, Warren Nguyen, a personal injury lawyer and the founder of the Law Office of Warren Nguyen. While he was able to confirm the name of the eatery, he could not provide additional information before the time of publication.
The restaurant’s cuisine has not been announced yet, but based on the name, locals will likely be able to find eggrolls on the menu. Additionally, drawing from a recently submitted liquor license application, Queen Eggroll Express will serve cocktails.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
