The concept, hailed for its scratch-made brunch, is coming to 1801 McAllister Street — taking over the former home of Berdlardze Unfinished furniture store — where it will neighbor the coffee shop Bob’s on Baker Street, Matching Half, and MC Baker Market & Deli.

From its beginning in 2016 as a pop-up restaurant, Early to Rise has prided itself on its use of 100% scratch-made ingredients.

“If you ate bacon with us, we cured it and smoked it. French toast? We made the challah. That bottle of hot sauce on the table? Fermented, blended, and bottled in-house. The same goes for the butter, preserves, ham, you name it,” a statement on the Early to Rise website reads.

It continues, “The pop-up days were about making ‘bricks’ and now we’re using them to build a house — a true San Francisco institution that will be a place of welcoming, comfort, and celebration for you for years to come.”

An opening date has not yet been announced, so follow Facebook and Instagram for updates.
