“We signed the lease three weeks ago,” Alex Zobel — who co-owns the brewery alongside her brother Gregory Zobel — tells What Now San Francisco, sharing that they’ve been on the hunt for a Napa spot for years.

Coming to 1040 Clinton Street, an address that formerly belonged to Uva, Armistice will soon neighbor establishments such as Azure Wines, Barnhouse Napa Brews, and The Q Restaurant and Bar.

“We started as homebrewers, so we still have that experimental approach,” says Zobel.

Known for producing small batches that turn over quickly, she says that Armistice will offer more or less 18 brews on tap that rotate at least every three weeks, adding, “The best beer on the menu is always the freshest beer.”

Additionally, being in Napa, the locale will boast six wines on tap — and to eat, Richmond-based El Garage will whip up Mexican food such as quesabirria tacos, pozole, and flautas, to name a few.

Armistice Brewing Company is slated to open in late October. In the meantime, follow the brewery on Facebook and Instagram.
