According to SF Eater, “the two South Bay Laughing Monk outposts will operate much as they did before the acquisition, though Faultline will cease to operate in the spaces.”

Bedrock Restaurant Group CEO Sam Ghadiri tells the journal that “the synergy between the two businesses was too good to pass up and hopes Laughing Monk’s loyal following and distribution access will rejuvenate the 25-year-old Faultline brand and taprooms.”

The new Laughing Monk taprooms will offer Faultline and Laughing Monk brews — such as Faultline’s Black Dragon Stout and Laughing Monk’s Holy Ghost Pilsner — alongside new food offerings including an ahi poke tower, a prime rib dip, a roasted portobello sandwich, and a bacon turkey sandwich.

Opening dates have not been announced yet. Follow Laughing Monk Brewing on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
