The news made the rounds when Bay Area real estate developer Presidio Bay Ventures acquired an 11-story office building at 88 Spear Street (formerly 60 Spear Street) back in August 2023. Now, we seem to have garnered additional insight as to what the company has in store for the space.
The San Francisco Business Times reports that there are plans to debut a 7,700-square-foot rooftop bar and restaurant, as well as a bakery, at the upcoming residential facility — however, pertinent details such as the concept’s name, what cuisines will inspire the menu, and the chef enlisted to helm the kitchen haven’t yet been announced.
What Now San Francisco reached out to representatives at Presidio Bay to inquire about the upcoming eateries, but they could not provide additional information before publication.
In addition to the dining concepts, sauna rooms, cold and warm water plunges, saltwater floating pools, and a co-working space have also been mentioned in recent reports.
