Lockehouse Retail Group confirmed that the cafe has signed a lease at 4475 Treat Boulevard in Treat Plaza, and is expected to open in a few months. Owners Brian and Toni Carroll were not immediately available for comment.

The idea behind Kodiak Keto is to provide its customers with healthy, low-carb, affordable options, and to ease some of that meal-prep pressure for people who are looking to reduce their sugar intake. The menu is based off of the owners’ own keto diets, which helped reshape their bodies and their lives, so you can trust that the food is good and does what it’s supposed to do.

As for Treat Plaza, there are tons of greasy, saucy, starchy options nearby — Burger King, Pasta Primavera Cafe, and TOGO Sandwiches, to name a few. But if you’re trying to cut the carbs, Kodiak Keto will soon have you covered. Keep your eyes peeled for a grand opening date as the summer winds down.
