According to a recently submitted permit application, the concept will soon be reintroduced as a restaurant, Jimtown And Then Sum, and operated by Michelle Wood — the Bay Area restaurateur behind Dim Sum And Then Sum in Santa Rosa.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the business, at 6706 CA-128 in Healdsburg, Jimtown is just down the road from Silver Oak Alexander Valley, Soda Rock Winery, and Stonestreet Winery.

What Now San Francisco contacted Wood to inquire about her plans for the eatery, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
