The eatery is known for serving “traditional dishes and flavors sourced from family recipes that originated in Mexican states from The Gulf to The Pacific,” Laura Kwan-Rosenbush, Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Back of the House, tells What Now San Francisco

On the menu are small plates, including tacos, sopes, guacamole, tostadas, and ceviche, alongside mains like carne asada, carnitas, and chile relleno — and all corn tortillas are made by hand daily using organic massa. To drink, patrons can choose from a wide variety of beer, wine, and Mexican cocktails, and an expansive selection of tequila and mezcal.

Kwan-Rosenbush shares that the Flores Emeryville menu “will be very similar” to the Corte Madera menu, but that there will be “some unique dishes” added.

The new Emeryville space will offer 126 table seats, 40 bar seats, and 48 seats outdoors, and patrons can expect to find a “fun and relaxing setting” when it opens in the summer of 2023.
