Slated to open this November, AVE Santa Clara (2200 Calle De Luna) will feature 311 apartments, including traditional apartment rentals and fully furnished apartments with flexible lease options, as well as 36,200 square feet of indoor/outdoor amenity space.

“Santa Clara is the ideal location for our newest property, conveniently located just several miles away from multiple tech campuses. Situated footsteps from Levi’s Stadium, AVE Santa Clara will provide unparalleled resort-style amenities, including the first-ever AVEnture Hub, featuring complimentary bikes, paddleboards and kayaks for residents to get outdoors and connect with nature. Residents will also enjoy immediate access to dining, shopping and parks, all a few steps away from AVE’s front door,” said President of AVE and COO of Korman Communities, Lea Anne Welsh in a statement.

AVE Santa Clara will boast a wide range of amenities. In addition to the AVEnture Hub, residents can also access well-appointed lounges, a two-story fitness center, a dog park, zen courtyards with kitchens, a roof deck garden, and a resort-style pool and fire pits. A new 14,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor food and beverage garden – Clara’s Junction – will also open within the bustling district, adding to the appeal of the location. The property will offer 15,000 square feet of retail space with the vision to add a variety of dining options.

Designed by BDE Architecture and Groundswell Design Group, AVE’s newest community will feature 311 apartments spanning eight stories with incredible views. A variety of units will be available, including studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms.
