Coming to 1900 Telegraph Avenue, the eatery, listed as Gold Palm Moonglow, will land near establishments such as Duende, First Edition, and Xolo Taqueria.

What Now San Francisco contacted Raza to inquire about the upcoming restaurant. While she was able to confirm the name, she could not provide additional information before publication.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Bar Shiru, the bar describes itself as a “dimly lit hi-fi listening bar in Uptown Oakland set in a sleek, modern space.”

“Bar Shiru features mostly jazz, soul, and international groove records played in their entirety on a fully analog audiophile sound system. Expect an elevated cocktail menu, lengthy whisk(e)y-focused spirits, and local craft beer, sake, wine, and non-alcoholic options,” the statement continues.

Gold Palm Moonglow’s opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
