Coming to 725-729 Laurel Street, the eatery — listed as Elia — will land near establishments such as Peet’s Coffee, Rangoon Ruby Burmese Cuisine, and Town.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Ulas to inquire about the upcoming restaurant, but he could not provide additional information.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Sultan’s Kebab, the concept introduces itself as a “cozy Mediterranean spot serving kebabs, falafel & a vegetarian menu, with takeout available.”

“Order with us and enjoy the best shawarma and falafel in East Bay. Our menu will satisfy your taste for Mediterranean cuisine, and our wraps and salads make it more convenient than ever to enjoy our specialties! Our Mediterranean restaurant is known for its modern interpretation of classic dishes and its insistence on only using high quality fresh ingredients,” the statement continues.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
