According to SF Eater, Zibatreats — a San Francisco-based bakery known for organic and luxury cakes — is expanding to San Jose, though an address has not been announced yet.
For readers unfamiliar with Zibatreats, Owner Hosna Tavakoli “founded Zibatreats in 2020 in San Francisco as an online boutique cake shop that specializes in creating modern, organic, and not-too-sweet cakes,” according to the company’s website.
The introduction continues, “These cakes are bursting with flavors and free of artificial preservatives. She believes that cakes should be a guilt-free indulgence, which is why each slice of our cakes contains around 20 grams of added sugar, well within the recommended daily limit for a healthy diet.” Keto, vegan, gluten-free, and custom options are also available.
What Now San Francisco contacted Tavakoli to inquire about the upcoming outpost, but she could not provide additional information before publication.
