“We are excited to expand our footprint in the Bay Area with a commissary that supports additional capacity to increase our workplace partnerships and sets the stage for future growth in special events in the market,” Pamela Brunson, the company’s president, tells the San Francisco Business Times.
According to the Times, the 9,240-square-foot space “will be used for onsite workplace catering and workplace dining services, and eventually special event catering” — and offer menu options such as “grab-and-go snacks,” coffee, customizable salads, sandwiches, pizza, seasonal meals, and “elevated comfort food.”
Puck, a James Beard award-winning chef known best for developing farm-to-table California cuisine, founded Wolfgang Puck Catering in 1998. Since then, the company has expanded to Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, San Diego, and Seattle.
