On Tuesday, October 4th, Hi Neighbor Hospitality Group debuted The Vault Piano Bar at The Vault Steakhouse to the San Francisco community. The Piano Bar, an ode to the classics, is an extension of Hi Neighbor Hospitality’s below-street-level, high-end steakhouse designed with a moody interior, sapphire velvet chairs and leather banquettes.
The new Happy Hour menu, created specifically for The Piano Bar by head bartenders Raymundo Delgado and Drake Schullerts offers $10 cocktails, including a classic Martini, Manhattan, and Buffalo Trace Bourbon Old-Fashioned, as well as a contemporary Sherry Negroni and French 75. Old vine wines by the glass and a draft IPA or Pilsner are also available.
Bites and Plates are a collaboration between local chef and Hi Neighbor Hospitality Group Partner, Jason Halverson and The Vault Steakhouse Executive Chef Ryan Cerizo. They are crafted to pair with cocktails, featuring a modern interpretation of throwback dishes, like Shrimp Cocktail, Potato Pave Tots with Smoked Trout Roe; Beef Tartare Toast with Truffle Aioli; and Prime Rib Sliders with Caramelized Onions. The Happy Hour menu also includes the “Afternoon Delight,” which is a chef’s selection of items composed into a tower designed to be shared. The regular Vault Steakhouse menu will also be available for those diners who wish to have the complete steakhouse experience.
“With The Piano Bar, we are setting the stage for a fun and intimate night out, with an emphasis on classic cocktails,” said Ryan Cole, Hi Neighbor Hospitality Group partner in a statement. “Whether you’re on a date, celebrating a special occasion or spending time with friends, the curated menu and ambiance ensures that you’re going to have a delicious time.”
