Tacomania is becoming a Mexican food heavyweight in the South Bay dining scene. While their website notes an upcoming location at Westfield Valley Fair, a recent beer and wine application found in state public records indicates that they also have sights set on a sixth San Jose location.
Owner Josefina Flores confirmed in a phone call with What Now San Francisco that their upcoming location at 1151 S. De Anza Blvd. will be ready to open by the end of February. She adds that the Westfield Valley Fair location is still currently under construction, so we can probably expect that opening later this year.
Starting out as a food truck in 2005, Tacomania is known for serving authentic Mexican food with a #PassionForSabor. Their specialty is tacos, whether you like the small, street-style kind or the crispy, hard shell variety. If you’re into the Quesabirria craze right now, you can bet that Tacomania serves up some of the best with a flavorful side of consome, available on the weekends.
They also serve taco salads, burritos, alambres, y mas as part of their mission to fill the world with the best tacos and best Mexican food on the planet. In addition to their restaurants, Tacomania still runs their food trucks and also offers catering services. For more information, visit www.tacomaniainc.com.
