Palmetto boasts unique plant-based and vegan ingredients including dragonfruits, pitaya, coconut cream, kale and agave. Customers can choose from a range of pre-made options or build their own açaí bowls.

New locations are coming soon across the Bay Area, including San Jose’s Santana Row, the Uber HQ by Chase Center, Palo Alto and Berkeley. The Santana Row location is expected to open in September at 3055 Olin Ave., while the one in the Uber/Chase Center will open in early January 2023.

Both Palo Alto and Berkeley restaurants are set to open in March or April next year. While their first restaurant opened up in Inner Richmond, San Francisco in 2019, Palmetto Superfood’s goal is to open up at 10 locations by the end of 2023.

“We are also looking to expand outside of California in Texas, Nevada, Hawaii and Arizona,” Palmetto Superfoods CEO and CFO Charles Lee tells What Now San Francisco. For more information, visit www.palmettosuperfoods.com.
