Following COVID-19-related restrictions, Aburaya has opened back up for dine-in and, considering the application, hopes to welcome in more people than ever before.

Aburaya is known for serving fried chicken with flavorful sauces, including options like habanero apple hot sauce, agave ginger teriyaki, and orange honey aioli. Other top menu items include Oyako Don — three pieces of fried chicken simmered with organic eggs and onions in dashi broth and mentsuyu — a fried chicken sandwich using Texas toast, fried veggies hearts, and a deviled avocado.

The restaurant is open from 11 am to 9 pm from Monday through Thursday, 11:15 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. on Friday, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, and closed on Sunday. They continue to offer takeout and delivery options.
