Noodle Dynasty is brought to us by owner Ting Ting Liu, who told What Now San Francisco via phone call this week that they anticipate opening sometime next month. Liu’s application for a Zoning Certificate Business License was recently approved by the city of Berkeley, so they are likely ramping up preparations to begin serving customers as soon as possible.

In terms of where they’re at in development, Liu says they’re currently looking for someone who can help create their website and social media presence. They are also finalizing a menu that will be centered around Chinese cuisine.

The space was formerly known as a reliable spot for Thai classics such as Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. Based the name “Noodle Dynasty,” we can rest assured that noodles will most likely still be on the menu, except perhaps we can expect dishes like Lo Mein and Chow Mein. Stay tuned.
