The restaurateurs behind Ausiello’s Fifth Street Bar & Grill are debuting a new restaurant in Santa Rosa — and this time it’s a pizzeria.
Co-Owner Mario Ausiello tells What Now San Francisco that the concept will be called Ausiello’s Homeslice.
While he can’t disclose the address of the upcoming eatery just yet, he shares that Santa Rosa locals can expect Homeslice to begin slinging slices sometime this November.
For readers who are unfamiliar, Ausiello’s Fifth Street Bar & Grill has been around since 2000 and is known as an “easygoing, American, family restaurant and sports bar offering games on TV, custom burgers, and craft beer.”
“We pride ourselves on being your neighborhood Bar and Grill,” it shares on its website.
The menu includes “barbites” — think mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and fried pickles — as well as salads, burgers, and build-your-own sandwiches. To wash it all down, patrons can choose from an expansive beer selection on tap and a tried-and-true cocktail menu.
