Recent real estate intel reveals that the new location is coming to 800 California St. in Mountain View. Meanwhile, their website notes that this location is scheduled to debut in spring or summer of this year. Representatives for Limón Rotisserie have been contacted at the time of publication.
The Peruvian restaurant serves a variety of ceviches, empanadas, and Pollo a la Brasa served with their signature Ají Amarillo sauce. Their menu also boasts traditional Peruvian dishes such as Lomo Saltado, Camarones con tacu tacu, and more, not to mention a mouthwatering selection of Pisco sours, Sangrias, and other handcrafted cocktails.
Alongside brothers Eduardo and Antonio, executive chef Martin Castillo grew up in the kitchen, where their mother made dishes that made her a household name in their neighborhood. In the ‘90s, the Castillo brothers came to the U.S. and continued the tradition of sharing home-style meals with friends and family.
By 2002, they opened the first Limón in the Mission District and quickly gained notoriety throughout the city. To this day, the Castillos continue their mission to share their home-style Peruvian cuisine with their community.
