“Korean fried chicken is becoming more and more popular in Northern California,” says Lee, who will be operating the kitchen himself, alongside his wife. “Ours will be authentic and packed with flavor and tons of sauce options. And of course, beer!”

The space, which shares a plaza with Ohgane Korean BBQ, Kansai, and a handful of other restaurants, will feature large TVs for sports-watching, a bar, and 15-17 dining tables. According to Lee, the restaurant should serve as a hub for people who want to “watch the game, have a beer, and eat some good fried chicken.”

Does it get much better than that?
