What Now San Francisco reached out to the upcoming concept’s listed representative, Saowarak Makawatsakul of J&M Restaurant Group, but he was unable to provide additional information before the time of publication.

It can be inferred from the filing that the eatery intends to sell alcohol.

It’s still unclear how this will affect the current resident, Riva Cucina — a Northern Italian restaurant known for its traditional dishes from Emilia Romagna.

Stay tuned for additional updates.
