The eatery will be called Kracken Kitchen and feature an "international small-plates menu" that includes items such as chanterelle & Dungeness crab flatbread and pork larb spring rolls.
"The open layout will allow our guests to engage their senses beyond taste, see the fabrication of our products from scratch, hear the whir and clang of bakery equipment, and smell the aroma of freshly baked milk bread and buttery croissants,” shares Breadbelly's co-founder Clement Hsu.
