Owner Doug Marschke tells What Now San Francisco that he aims to open by the end of March, just in time for the start of baseball season. Underdogs will fit right into its new neighborhood, where Giants fans are sure to enjoy the restaurant’s fresh tacos and margaritas before and after the games.

Part-sports bar and part-taqueria, Underdogs is known for serving up Mexican-inspired feel good food made with sustainably-sourced ingredients, alongside the finest tequila-forward drinks to wash it down. In addition to tacos, they serve wings, nachos, quesadillas and a dozen burrito options that’ll suit the tastes of anyone in California, from the Bay down to SoCal.

Underdogs Too on Taraval and Underdogs Tres on 9th have become neighborhood hangouts that have pretty much any game playing at all times. With that reputation to uphold, Underdogs Cantina is sure to be a hit at Oracle when it finally opens. Sign up on their website to be notified as soon as that happens.
