In Cow Hollow, look out for a new restaurant called Sacred Taco at 1875 Union St. The establishment is set to take over the former Hollow Cow space, which closed in 2019 due to typical challenges that come with owning a restaurant in the area, Hoodline reports.
Public records indicate that Sacred Taco is registered under this name as a new business in the city, but multiple sources suggest that the owners are currently not open to speaking to the press about the project. That said, an opening for Sacred Taco has not been announced.
What we do know is that the space can accommodate more than 100 seats, plus even more on an 864 square-foot patio in the back. The property was listed along with a full liquor license for sale. We can only hope that Sacred Taco will be built to last on Union Street, serving up delicious Mexican eats and libations to wash it all down. Keep an eye on this address for developments.
