The owners of the much beloved Stellina Pronto are opening up another restaurant in downtown Petaluma called Stellina Alimentari.
The new restaurant will be at 160 Petaluma Blvd. where Thistle Meats stood previously.
According to an article by Petaluma 360, co-owners Christian and Katrina Caiazzo are still working out details about the place, including its name.
While Stellina Pronto is well-known for its sweets and baked goods, Stellina Alimentari will offer classic Italia specialty foods such as housemade sandwiches, antipasti, salads, and charcuterie plates.
“Alimentari” meaning food in Italian is like a small grocery store with a deli counter offering prepared food and drinks.
