Franchisee Arlene Carvajal — who owns the restaurant alongside her sister, Janette Carvajal — tells What Now San Francisco that the Livermore Uncle Sharkii outpost is currently “in the middle of construction,” but was unable to share the anticipated opening date.
What we do know, is that the concept will remain consistent. In line with existing outposts, on the menu patrons can expect to find “a range of mouth-watering options,” including classic Hawaiian-style poke bowls, customizable bowls, boba milk teas, and soft-serve ice cream for dessert.
The West Jackson London Boulevard outpost will join operating locations in Concord, Fairfield, and Torrance, as well as an upcoming eatery in San Diego. Outside of California, Uncle Sharkii has restaurants in Hawaii, California, Utah, and Texas, and signed locations in Arizona and Nevada.
According to its website, the company doesn’t plan on slowing its expansion anytime soon and is eyeing additional states — as well as the international market.
