A new hummus joint is headed for San Francisco. The House of Hummus has filed for permits at 5 Masonic Avenue, on the corner of Masonic Avenue and Geary Boulevard. What Now San Francisco reached out, but a representative for the restaurant was not immediately available for comment.

The space, on the border of San Francisco’s Richmond and Anza Vista neighborhoods, has been home to both Mo’z Cafe and Bueno Mexicali Grill over the last year or so.

Sadly, we don’t have many details about the new restaurant, other than the fact that hummus will likely feature heavily on the menu. We love hummus (who doesn’t love hummus?), so here’s hoping that The House of Hummus has a longer shelf life at 5 Masonic Avenue than its predecessors.
