According to Sonoma, award-winning chef Ari Weiswasser of Sonoma’s Glen Ellen Star is debuting a new concept in Sonoma Valley.
Coming to 9049 Sonoma Highway in Kenwood, the eatery will land near establishments such as Muscardini Cellars, Palooza Brewery & Gastropub, and VJB Vineyard & Cellars.
“With an Italian menu and Nor Cal sensibilities, Stella will (like Star) feature an open kitchen, bar, and wood-fired grill. Its menu will be ‘leaning into its pasta game’ while highlighting local farms; its wine list will offer the best of the region’s small-production vintners,” the Journal reports.
What Now San Francisco reached out to Weiswasser to inquire about the upcoming spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
According to Stella’s website, the eatery is “coming soon.” Stay tuned for updates.
