Owner Romania Daza confirmed with What Now San Francisco that they are still planning everything, from the menu to their online presence, so she wasn’t necessarily inclined to give away too much information at the time of publication. She did mention, however, that their offerings will be Chilean-inspired, so perhaps we can expect flavorful menu items such as empanadas or ceviche.

Daza also adds that they hope to be ready to open around February 2022, but that was the best estimation she could give for the time being. Our source comes from a building permit for a new sign, so it’s looking like Tabita’s Cafe is on track to open around that time. Keep an eye on the corner of Taraval Street and 21st Avenue to see how it’s coming along.
