According to a pending ABC license, pop-up pizza concept Sonoma Pizza Co. is headed for Forestville at 6615 Front St. It is brought to us by Sonoma Station LLC, representatives for which confirmed the restaurant but have not yet disclosed any further details.
Based on the timing of the ABC license application, we can guess that Sonoma Pizza Co. will be open pretty soon but as of lately according to Instagram, they’ve still been hosting pop-up events in the parking lot of their soon-to-be ready brick and mortar.
So far, they’ve been successfully selling delicious pies like Pepperoni Nirvana and Pizza Margherita on ever-changing menus. What’s more, they offer to make any of their pies with gluten-free dough or vegan cheeses and meats upon request. Everything then gets baked to perfection in a wood-fired oven.
They also sell a small menu of beer, wine, and cocktails that is sure to expand once the store is finished being built.
