Their menu has since been developed and includes traditional dishes such as Kanoom Jeen Nam Ngew, a stew from Northern Thailand made with rib, ground pork, shrimp paste, cherry tomatoes and red cotton flower. It comes served with pickle mustard, bean sprouts, green beans and sliced lime.

So far, the reviews rave about the new family-owned restaurant. “ONE OF THE BEST BOWLS OF KAO SOI I’VE EVER HAD! I’m always on the lookout for a delicious and authentic Kao Soi, so I had to go back and try it here. Most nearby restaurants, except for maybe one, miss the mark on flavor and/or authenticity, but Sistory absolutely delivered. Hands down one of my favorites of all time,” says Franco N. of Yelp.
