Co-Owner Monique Feybesse shares with What Now San Francisco, “I can’t speak on specifics just quite yet as per my landlord. We’ll reach out about the opening later when closer to a hard date.”
What we do know now is that before the end of the year, patrons be able to enjoy pastries, bread, and savory treats from Tarts de Feybesse while sitting in its bakery, rather than having to order them online for delivery.
Couple and co-owners Monique and Paul Feybesse began baking as a way to provide sourdough bread to friends and neighbors during COVID. Eventually, word of mouth spread, the business grew, and, soon enough, they found themselves offering a complete pastry menu under the name Tarts de Feybesse.
The bakery’s delicacies include an assortment of éclairs, tarts, and cheesecakes. It also serves seasonal savory snacks and sandwiches — like the vegetarian “croque mademoiselle,” made with leeks, melted cheese from Point Reyes Farmstead, and bechamel sauce.
In addition to its upcoming brick-and-mortar spot and delivery options, Tarts de Feybesse caters for events.
