Kennedy Wilson Brokerage Vice President Matt Adamczyk represented the tenant in the transaction. “It’s been exciting to be a part of Pollo Campero’s expansion in California and now celebrate this pivotal new San Francisco flagship location,” Adamczyk said in a press release.
“They are an incredible franchise. Over my 25-plus years in tenant representation, I have yet to see a Central American franchise grow at the pace that Pollo Campero has in the U.S., and I believe its menu will compete successfully with the realms of other quick-service chicken franchises.”
Pollo Campero originated in Guatemala in 1971, specializing in flavorful grilled and fried chicken meals. From hand-breaded chicken to salads made in house daily, Pollo Campero puts the emphasis on flavor using fresh ingredients with the best complementary spices.
As one of San Francisco’s most heavily trafficked tourist destinations, Fisherman’s Wharf is the perfect location for Pollo Campero’s U.S. flagship. Until it opens this fall, you can visit one of the four existing Bay Area locations in San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose. For more information, visit us.campero.com.
