Coming to 250 University Avenue, the business will soon neighbor establishments such as Coupa Cafe, the Cajun food restaurant Nola, and The Wine Room.
Before opening, Pink Pink intends to remodel the space and import a new refrigerator — estimating that, in total, the project will cost about $100,00, according to a recent permit application filed with the City of Palo Alto.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the concept, Pink Pink is “a local woman-owned small business with the passion of creating fresh and healthy tea drinks.” By using only fresh, organic ingredients and less sugar than its competitors, the shop has quickly become a popular destination for Bay Area residents seeking refreshments.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the company’s owner, Ying Xu, to inquire about the upcoming outpost, but she was not immediately available for comment.
