On its website, Dueces Market describes itself as “Napa’s first communal market.” It adds, “Whether you need to get going in the morning, recover from last night, recharge or indulge – we have you covered. Fuel up with a wide range of hydration and foodstuffs, all sourced locally and globally from artisan brands.”

Brent Pennington of Pennington Provisions LLC is listed as the licensee and owner, though he wasn’t immediately available for comment.

The market will become a new tenant at First Street Napa — “a collective featuring great wines, unique culinary options, and a stylish set of retail and lifestyle concepts” — joining businesses like the tasting room Chateau Buena Vista, the restaurant Kitchen Door Napa, and the candle and soap brand Maison Verbena.

Other establishments in the vicinity include Compline Restaurant, Kitchen Door, and Mia Carta.
