Located at 14301 Arnold Drive #3, the space is neighbor to establishments such as Eric Ross Winery, Schermeister Winery, and the Sonoma Ecology Center.
Co-Owner Lauren Kershner — who has partnered up with Kenneth De Alba and Chef Eric Moulton on this concept — tells What Now San Francisco that Songbird Parlour will “celebrate the local farmers and the families behind them” by serving “modern, Californian, hyper-local” shared plates and wines.
On the menu, locals can expect to find starters and shared plates including roasted beets with Grazin’ Girl Gorgonzola, head-on shrimp, coconut curry, and entrees such as pacific salmon with celery root leaves, filet mignon, and seared duck breast with hand-ground heirloom polenta.
Songbird Parlour will open on November 14, after which it will operate Wednesday through Sunday from 3:30 to 8 p.m.
