Now, the noodle shop, which specializes in handmade udon noodle bowls, katsu sandwiches — or sandos, as they like to call them — and tempura, is set to open a third Bay Area location at San Ramon’s City Center Bishop Ranch, reports Eater.

The new location is on track to open this summer in the shopping center, at 6000 Bollinger Canyon Rd Suite 2650, next to Boba Guys, so head there ASAP for one of those Instagram-worthy Crispy Chicken Katsu Sandos, or keep it simple with a Kake Udon bowl, served in the restaurant’s signature house-made dashi broth.
