We previously reported that Marugame Udon is opening at City Center Bishop Ranch in San Ramon, but it seems that some of the details have changed since then. Beyond the Creek recently reported on its progress and it appears that Suite 1200 at 6000 Bollinger Canyon Road has windows plastered with colorful Marugame Udon signage announcing its arrival. Indeed, the website confirms that this latest location is actually scheduled to open in January 2022.
