Lazy Dog, “an American casual dining restaurant chain operating in California,” has over 40 restaurants across California, Florida, Nevada, Texas, Colorado, Illinois, Georgia, and Virginia.
The menu offers items like pot pie, pot roast, BBQ bison meatloaf, flat iron steak, and chicken parmesan, in addition to sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads, bowls, and noodle dishes. Also available are TV dinners — described as “made in-house, frozen in retro-style trays” that are “ready to pop in the oven when you need them” — and friends and family meals suited for four to five people.
Beyond the restaurant, Lazy Dog operates LD Beer Club, a membership subscription that offers participants eight quarterly beers plus a glass, a monthly beer sampler, draft upgrades, 10% off takeout orders, priority seating, and exclusive access to events, merch, and beer.
The most dedicated Lazy Dog patrons can join the restaurant’s e-club, offering the “scoop on seasonal menu items” as well as handcrafted cocktails and treats.
What Now San Francisco briefly contacted Lazy Dog owner Christopher Simmons, but he was unavailable for comment.
