It will be part of seven new restaurants opening at Jack London Square in Oakland

Kuidaore is owner Marcella Luu’s first restaurant venture that specializes in hand-rolled sushi, crudo dishes, sashimi, as well as beer and sake.

The restaurant will have a unique bar seating that will create a fun and interactive environment with the chef.

“Kuidaore in Japanese translates to eat until you drop, and that is basically how I feel about food. I love sushi but the hand roll concept I’m doing is not too common for the Bay Area yet, so I want to bring something new and unique to the food scene,” said owner Marcella Luu

The restaurant will soon open at  431 Water St.
