Four Chairs is a new restaurant opening at 3282 Mission St. The concept is brought to us by Fat Cat 629 LLC, who have taken over the space previously belonging to RakiRaki Ramen & Tsukemen which is listed on Google as temporarily closed. It seems Four Chairs will be taking its place and is aiming to open doors towards the end of December.

While a website and social media for Four Chairs is still in the works, representatives for Fat Cat 629 LLC confirm that the new restaurant will be open for breakfast and lunch. During breakfast hours, they plan to serve cafe-style plates such as eggs benedict, eggs and bacon, and other classic morning meals.

For the evening, they are currently working on creating an Asian fusion dinner menu, but details about what exactly this might entail are currently still under wraps. For the time being, Four Chairs is currently undergoing a series of permit approvals and licensing ahead of their grand opening. For sure, they plan to serve a selection of beer and wine based on their pending ABC license filed with the city of San Francisco.

Interesting, that a restaurant would come into the neighborhood, and serve breakfast and lunch, under a “diner” concept, when immediately next door, is a breakfast and lunch diner, that has been in business for over 20 years. Did they do their research?
