Dumpling Time is the latest from The Omakase Restaurant Group, the people behind Michelin-starred Omakase, izakaya-style Okane, and Potrero Hill’s Live Sushi Bar.

The restaurant already has three location in the Bay Area (one of which is an express location), and two in Japan. The Santana Row spot will be the dim sum restaurant’s fourth US location.

In traditional Dumpling Time fashion, the new location’s traditional Chinese dumplings will be handmade, stuffed with a variety of different meats and flavors, and, most importantly, extremely cute and delicious.
