Dento Coffee & Wine Bar is coming soon to 1339 Folsom St. in SoMa thanks to Mins Group, the team behind high-end Japanese and Korean restaurants such as Sura-Gan, Izakaya Hon, Sushi Hakko, and other omakase experiences throughout San Francisco.
Mins Group CEO Minyong Choe confirmed with What Now San Francisco this week that Dento Coffee & Wine Bar is their next project, which they plan to debut by the end of this summer. Throughout the day, Dento will offer a high-quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus with elevated versions of sandwiches, desserts, and more.
Coffee service will highlight a single-origin roast from Equator Coffees. In the evenings, they will transition to serving wines and sakes. Choe tells us that additional information is to come in the following weeks as they work to put up Dento Coffee & Wine Bar’s website.
