Cat & Cloud was founded in 2015 by friends Chris Baca, Jared Truby, and Charles Jack. Through their coffee, they set out to inspire connection by creating memorable experiences sharing their values of simplicity, intentionality, and empathy.

They offer a variety of their own roasts, sold individually and through wholesale. Their first shop was opened at 3600 Portola Drive in Santa Cruz, where they followed up with two more locations plus another in Aptos.

If our source turns out to be true, the new Cat & Cloud location will be the company’s first in the Bay Area. Representatives for Cat & Cloud could not be reached for comment at the time of publication. For more information, visit catandcloud.com.
