Bober Tea is at it again! One of their next locations is going to be at 231 W. Washington Ave. at the Solstice mixed-use apartment complex in Sunnyvale. People who live here already are in for a treat, as they’ll only need to head down to street level whenever they’re craving for a loose leaf tea with boba and a mochi doughnut.

Franchisor and owner of the U.S. Bober Tea license Michelle Moore introduced Karen Zhong as the franchisee of the Sunnyvale location. “Her years of experience in the restaurant industry, high standards in customer service and importance of delivering an exceptional product lead her to Bober Tea,” Moore wrote late last year

Moore recently secured the lease for this 2,259 square-foot retail space in Sunnyvale. Both the tenant and the landlord were represented by Ron E. Cruz, Matt Sweeney, and Sean O’Carroll of Newmark, who tell us that this location is subject to permitting timelines, so it is likely to open in Q3 or Q4 of this year.

In the meantime, you can visit any one of the existing Bober Tea locations in Campbell, Pleasanton, or elsewhere in the Bay Area. Check out www.boberteausa.com for more information.
