In a phone call with What Now San Francisco this week, owner Omar Betancourt said that they have just finalized their permitting process and are free to open very soon. In fact, signage has already been up at the future location as of last month.

Given its location next to a convenience store, Aliberto’s Jr. will certainly be convenient to those who are craving for Super Fries, Beef Tacos, and Enchiladas at any given time of the day. The restaurant has locations in Vallejo, Benicia, and Gustine, while a chain of a similar name and logo (Aliberto’s without the “Jr.”) has numerous locations throughout Washington and the Southwest.

Keep an eye out for Aliberto’s Jr. next time you open your favorite food delivery app and pop in for a quick bite next time you’re in need of gas in the area.
